Therapy for Life Transitions

Life transitions—even the ones we chose—can feel disorienting. You might feel unsure of who you are in this new season, or find yourself grieving parts of your life that no longer fit. Changes in relationships, career, identity, or family structure can bring a mix of emtions that don’t always make sense together.

Parenting can add another layer to this. If can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and at times isolating—especially when you’re trying to meet everyone else’s needs while quietly wondering who is taking care of you. You may notice increased irritability, guilt, self-doubt, or a sense that you’re never quite doing ‘enough’.

We explore the emotional impact of these transitions—both the expected and the unexpected—and work to help you feel more grounded within them. For parents, this may also include support around managing stress, navigating guilt, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with yourself outside of your role as a caregiver.
